What is a credit account?
Having a credit account with The Virgin Voucher means that you can buy our vouchers and pay at a later date. All you have to do is enter your account details when you’re completing your order then we’ll send you an invoice the next week.
Who is eligible for a credit account?
Any registered company can apply for a credit account with The Virgin Voucher.
I already have a credit account, how can I use it online?
Simply call Becky Pridmore on 01494 887 605 and she'll setup an online credit account for you.
How do I apply for a credit account?
- Firstly you need to register on the website
- Then click on Apply for an account in the My account menu on the left of the screen
- Simply fill in and submit the form online
- You’ll receive an email to say that we have received your online form.
- Print out the form, sign it and send it to us either by fax or post
- Once we have received your signed form we’ll review the details
- We’ll send you an email within 3 to 5 working days telling you whether you’re application has been accepted.
- We’ll also let you know the name of your Account Manager, your credit account number and your credit limit.
How do I place an order using my credit account?
Simply login to your account or click pay by credit account during the order process. Each time you order you must give us a purchase order number. We will then send you or your accounts department an invoice. This is normally sent the week after your order has been processed.
