What is a credit account?

Having a credit account with The Virgin Voucher means that you can buy our vouchers and pay at a later date. All you have to do is enter your account details when you’re completing your order then we’ll send you an invoice the next week.

Who is eligible for a credit account?

Any registered company can apply for a credit account with The Virgin Voucher.

I already have a credit account, how can I use it online?

Simply call Becky Pridmore on 01494 887 605 and she'll setup an online credit account for you.

How do I apply for a credit account?

  1. Firstly you need to register on the website
  2. Then click on Apply for an account in the My account menu on the left of the screen
  3. Simply fill in and submit the form online
  4. You’ll receive an email to say that we have received your online form.
  5. Print out the form, sign it and send it to us either by fax or post
  6. Once we have received your signed form we’ll review the details
  7. We’ll send you an email within 3 to 5 working days telling you whether you’re application has been accepted.
  8. We’ll also let you know the name of your Account Manager, your credit account number and your credit limit.

How do I place an order using my credit account?

Simply login to your account or click pay by credit account during the order process. Each time you order you must give us a purchase order number. We will then send you or your accounts department an invoice. This is normally sent the week after your order has been processed.
